CORN FLAKE COOKIES|
1 c. white sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. shortening (scant)
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. corn flakes or Wheaties
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
Cream shortening; stir in sugar. Add eggs and dry
ingredients. Blend entire mixture. Form into small balls
about 1/2 the size of a walnut. Bake on cookie sheet in 375 degrees
oven about 10 minutes.
