2 sticks butter
1 egg
1 c. nuts
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
whole graham crackers

Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt
butter over low heat. Beat egg, milk and sugar together. Mix
in butter; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add nuts,
graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Pour over whole graham
crackers. Frost with:
3/4 stick butter
2 c. 4x sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. cocoa
Mix until smooth and spread over mixture. Chill until
firm and cut into squares.
