1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together. In
another bowl, put 1 egg white; sprinkle with water and beat
until frothy. Stir pecans in egg mixture. Roll in dry ingre-
dients until all are coated. Place in buttered cookie pan in
250 degrees oven and cook 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Store in
