SOUTHERN SALTED PECANS

1 c. butter or margarine
4 c. pecan halves
1 Tbsp. salt

Melt butter in large skillet. Add pecans and salt; stir
well to coat pecans. Remove from heat. Place pecans in 13 x 9
x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every
15 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Yield: 4 cups.
