4 c. chopped nuts
2 egg whites
2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add brown sugar. Add salt and vanilla. Fold in nuts
and drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake about 20
minutes or until golden brown.
