CREAM CHEESE COOKIE TARTS 4 c. flour 1 lb. cream cheese, softened 1 lb. sweet butter, softened 1 jar preserves (any flavor) Blend the flour, cream cheese and butter. Let set in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Roll out dough to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch squares. Add a dot of preserves to the middle of each square and fold two opposite ends togeth- er. Bake at 350 degrees until golden. These are great for the holidays.
