COCO-PECAN CHIPS

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate
chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together flour, salt and
baking soda. Set aside. Beat together margarine, sugars, eggs
and vanilla on low speed for 3 minutes. Add dry ingredients
and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Drop
by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches
apart. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on brown paper or paper
toweling.
