BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES

1 c. butter
1 c. shortening (solid not
oil)
1 box brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut

In a big bowl cream together: butter, shortening, brown
sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking
powder and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Add oatmeal,
chocolate chips, pecans, Rice Krispies and coconut. Using a
1/4 cup measurer or an ice cream scoop, put on a cookie sheet,
6 to a pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let them cool 5 minutes
before removing from sheet to a wire rack. Makes 30 to 40
cookies.
