GRANDMA'S CARROT CAKE

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots (raw)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream 2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups oil until fluffy. Add
4 eggs; beat well. Add and mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add raw grated carrots and chopped nuts. Bake in 9 x 13-inch
pan at 300 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. For cupcakes, bake 20 to 30
minutes.
