2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 c. ripe, chopped mangos
(substitute bananas or
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Add
remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into greased and floured
loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
