CARROT CAKE 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. soda 4 eggs 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. carrots, shredded Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Sift in dry ingredi- ents and mix well. Add carrots and nuts. Grease cake pan and pour mixture in. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and ice with cream cheese frosting.
