1 pkg. graham crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 jumbo eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan. Place graham crackers
in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. Add 1 tablespoon
sugar and butter; mix lightly and lightly press into spring- 
form pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Beat eggs, 3/4 cup
sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla until fluffy. Add cream
cheese, one package at a time, beating until fluffy. Pour into
spring-form pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. While baking,
stir together sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 1/2 tea-
spoons vanilla. When filling is baked, turn the oven up to
475 degrees. Remove pan from oven and gently spread sour cream
mixture over filling and return to oven for 5 minutes.
