1 c. raisins
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 egg
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. finely shredded
orange peel
2 c. granola, slightly crushed

Heat raisins, apple juice and margarine/butter together
until margarine melts. Remove from heat. Cool. Beat in egg.
In small mixing bowl combine flour, soda and cinnamon; stir in
egg mixture. Add in orange peel and granola. Let dough stand 1
to 2 minutes until granola absorbs some of the liquid. Drop
rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for
10 minutes.
