TEXAS CAKE

2 c. flour
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water or coffee
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Frosting:
1/2 c. margarine
5 Tbsp. milk or cream
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour and sugar in large bowl. Set aside. Bring
margarine, cocoa and water (or coffee) to a boil. Pour hot
mixture over flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and
vanilla. Pour mixture into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at
400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Frosting: Bring margarine, milk, cocoa and vanilla to a
boil. Cool slightly, add powdered sugar. Add nuts. Pour warm
frosting over warm cake.
