TEXAS BRAG 1 can cherries 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple 1 tsp. almond extract 1 tsp. red food coloring 1 box cake mix 1 stick oleo 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. flaked coconut Combine cherries, pineapple, almond extract and red food coloring and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over fruit. Press down with hand. Cut oleo evenly over this mixture and top with nuts and coconut. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
