COCONUT POUND CAKE 2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 6 eggs 2 c. flour 1 (3 oz.) can coconut Cream butter and sugar; add eggs; beat 1 minute. Add flour; do not overbeat. Fold in coconut. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in tube or Bundt pan. Glaze: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. coconut flavoring Boil 1 minute and pour over hot cake. Let cool com- pletely in pan.
