FROSTED GRAHAM BARS

whole graham crackers
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts

Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crack-
ers. Combine oleo, sugar, milk and egg; cook on low heat until
mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat when it boils and
add coconut, graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts. Then
spread over the whole crackers. Top with another layer of
whole graham crackers. Mix frosting.
1/4 c. oleo
6 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
2 c. powdered sugar
Mix together and spread over crackers. Refrigerate
until well chilled before cutting. These freeze well.
