BANANA NUT CAKE 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1 c. mashed bananas 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. soda 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped black walnuts Mix all ingredients except flour and buttermilk. Stir flour and milk in last. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Should be very light brown when done. Icing: 1 mashed banana 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla Enough powdered sugar for icing to spread nicely on cake.
