LEMON JELLO CAKE

1 Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 whole eggs
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
water

Glaze:
2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/2 c. lemon juice

Glaze needs to be thin. Stir 2 or 3 times while cake is
baking.
Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1/2 cup very hot tap water. In
large mixer bowl, mix the cake mix, oil and eggs, beating until
moistened. Then add enough cold water to the Jell-O to make 1
cup and add to the batter. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Spray oblong cake pan with Pam and add the batter. Bake in
350 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until done. Mix glaze while cake
is baking. When cake is done, punch holes in cake with a fork.
Then pour glaze all over cake. Put back in oven for 1 minute
to set the glaze.
