BUTTERSCOTCH BARS

1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. boiling Dr. Pepper

Plump raisins in boiling water. Cream sugar and butter;
add eggs, then add dry ingredients with Dr. Pepper and drained
raisins. Spread into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
20 minutes. Cool and put on a glaze of powdered sugar and Dr.
Pepper.
