POPCORN BALLS 7 c. popped corn 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. oleo margarine 1 tsp. vanilla Put popped corn in large bowl. Mix sugar, water, syrup, salt and oleo in pan. Cook to 250 degrees or until a few drops form a hard ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour in thin stream over corn, stirring constantly to mix well. With buttered hands, shape into balls. Makes 12 to 15 large balls.
