CATHEDRAL WINDOWS

6 oz. chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 beaten egg
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. butter flavor
1/2 tsp. burnt sugar flavor
4 c. colored marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
shredded coconut

Melt chocolate chips and margarine over hot water.
Remove from heat and stir in beaten egg, powdered sugar, butter
flavor, burnt sugar flavor, colored marshmallows and chopped
nuts. When well blended, form into 2 rolls on wax paper. Roll
in shredded coconut until well covered. Refrigerate, slice as
needed.
