CREAM CHEESE MINTS 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature) 2 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. flavoring Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar well with hands. Add flavoring with caution as taste will vary, so go slow when adding. Divide mixture and color to suit your color scheme. Press into molds and pop out immediately. Candy freezes well. Makes 250 degrees.
