LEMON CHEESE BARS 1 pkg. pudding recipe yellow cake mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 eggs 1/3 c. oil Mix dry cake mix, one egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly; reserve one cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and one egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool; cut into bars.
