PUMPKIN COOKIE BARS

1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt

Topping:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. orange marmalade,
granola or nuts

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts and 1 teaspoon
cinnamon. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Press into
bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25
minutes. Remove and reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Combine
remaining ingredients (including the remaining 3/4 teaspoon
cinnamon). Pour over crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cream Cheese Topping: Combine 8 ounce package cream
cheese and 1/4 cup orange marmalade. Beat until fluffy.
Spread over cooled bars. Top with crushed granola or nuts.
