EASY BROWNIES

2 sticks melted margarine
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans

Frosting:
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Measure and sift together dry ingredients. Add melted
shortening, eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth. Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan and bake
for 20 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Cool for 5 minutes and frost.
Frosting: Bring to boil butter, cocoa and milk. Remove
and add sugar and vanilla. Pour over brownies.
