PUMPKIN DESSERT Crust: 1 c. flour 1 c. flaked coconut 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. margarine Custard: 2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 3/4 c. sugar 6 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Work together flour, coconut, sugar and marga- rine for the crust. Spread mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. In the meantime, beat together remaining ingredients for custard. Pour custard over baked crust. Return to oven (still 350 degrees) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Good served with ice cream or whipped topping.
