TEXAS PAN HANDLE YUM-YUM

1 c. flour
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla
pudding
1 (3 oz.) instant chocolate
pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

First Layer: Mix 1 stick oleo (melted), flour and
chopped nuts in a long baking dish. Press down to cover bottom
of pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Second Layer: Blend 8 ounce package cream cheese
(softened), powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled
first layer.
Third Layer: Mix together puddings and milk until
thickened. Spread over second layer.
Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip over third
layer. Keep in refrigerator, cut in squares.
Note: Two packages of butterscotch pudding can be
substituted for vanilla and chocolate.
