RHUBARB DESSERT

Crust:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 cube margarine

Filling:
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
4 c. rhubarb, cut up

Topping:
1/2 c. cream, whipped
2 c. miniature marshmallows
graham cracker crumbs
1 small pkg. instant vanilla
pudding (prepare according
to pkg. directions)

Layer 1: Bake crust in 9 x 9-inch pan for 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Layer 2: Cook filling ingredients together. Let cool.
Pour over crust. Prepare toppings.
Layer 3: Spread whipped cream and marshmallows mixed
together on cool rhubarb mixture.
Layer 4: Spread pudding on top of whipped cream.
Layer 5: Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
