MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift in
flour, cocoa and baking powder. Last, fold in pecans. Grease
9 x 12-inch pan with oleo. Bake in greased pan at 325 degrees for 35
minutes. Pour 1 jar of Marshmallow Creme (7 ounce) on top of
hot cake; then add following:
1/2 stick melted oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Mix well. Pour mixture over the Marshmallow Creme, then
sprinkle with pecans.
