ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE

1/2 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cloves

Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs together.
Add milk and dry ingredients (alternately). Stir in zucchini.
You may bake in 9 x 13-inch or in a Bundt pan. Either sprinkle
1/2 cup chocolate chips on top or leave plain and frost. Bake
40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees for 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 50 to 60
minutes for Bundt pan.
