FILLED CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cool water
3/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Filling:
1 large (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1 pkg. "wee" chocolate chips
(12 oz.)
dash of salt
1/3 c. sugar

Mix together dry ingredients; add liquid. Pour into
lined cupcake tins. Drop a teaspoon filling into each. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. No frosting required. Makes about 36
cupcakes.
