MONKEY CAKE

4 cans buttermilk biscuits
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Butter Bundt pan. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut two cans of
biscuits in fours; shake in cinnamon-sugar (1 cup sugar and 2
tablespoons cinnamon). Drop in Bundt pan. Cook the butter and
brown sugar on medium low until the sugar is dissolved and not
gritty. Pour half of the liquid over biscuits. Do the same to
the last 2 cans of biscuits. Pour the second half of the syrup
over the biscuits. Bake for 40 minutes. Turn over onto
platter as soon as you take it out of the oven.
