CARROT CAKE

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts or 1 c.
raisins

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredi-
ents. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45
minutes.

Frosting:
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cube margarine
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
Combine ingredients. Mix well.
