PINEAPPLE-NUT CAKE 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 c. nuts 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple in juice Grease and flour pan. Mix and bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. It will bake flat and feel heavy. Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar Mix together; when cake is cool, frost.
