1/2 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/3 c. instant dry milk

Put boiling water in blender; add butter, sugar and dry
milk powder. Blend 5 seconds; scrape sides of blender, then
blend 30 seconds more. Refrigerate overnight. Omit salt in
any recipe you use this in.
This can be used for seven layer cookies or any recipe
that calls for Eagle Brand milk.
