PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS|
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. chow mein noodles
Put chips and peanut butter in a 2-quart bowl; cover
with Saran Wrap. Microwave at 50% power (Medium) for 3 to 5
minutes, until chips are shiny or soft. Blend well; stir in
nuts and noodles with rubber spatula. Drop by forkful onto
waxed paper and cool until set.
