3 green tomatoes
3 sweet peppers
1 stalk celery
Grind the ingredients and sprinkle with salt. Let stand
10 minutes, then drain. Mix together:
1 c. mustard
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. vinegar
Add to the vegetable mixture. Cook 20 minutes, stirring
frequently. Can in hot jars or cool and refrigerate. May add
1 pint mayonnaise.
