HEARTY HERO 1 loaf French bread 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened 1 lb. lean ground beef 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion 3/4 c. Hunt's catsup 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced grated Parmesan cheese Split bread in half lengthwise; spread with butter. Combine beef, onion, catsup and olives. Spread on bread. Arrange slices of Mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Slice to serve. Serves 4 to 5.
