medium onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cut cooked turkey off bone into small pieces. Cook
onion with celery and drippings from turkey until onion and
celery are soft. Put into blender and thicken slightly. Add
cream and can of soup; mix completely. Pour over turkey and
simmer for 3 hours.
