CORNY DOGS 2/3 c. cornmeal 1 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. shortening 1 egg, slightly beaten 3/4 c. milk 1 lb. wieners Mix all ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
