1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. mustard
1 can chicken gumbo soup

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Stir in catsup,
mustard and soup. Simmer until thickened (about 30 minutes).
Serve on toasted hamburger buns with salad and French fries.
