BANANA PUNCH 4 c. sugar 6 c. water 1 can orange juice concentrate 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice (unsweetened) 5 bananas, mashed well 3 qt. bottle club soda, chilled Mix sugar and water; boil 3 minutes. Let cool. Add orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and blended bananas. Divide mixture into 3 half-gallon cartons; freeze containers. When ready to serve, let frozen base thaw until mushy (about 1 hour before serving). Mix each container with 1 quart of club soda. Do not add ice. Yield: 30 servings.
