PINEAPPLE PUNCH 7 c. pineapple juice 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream 3 c. ginger ale Chill pineapple juice. Place pineapple juice, orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream in a large bowl. With an elec- tric or hand beater, beat until well blended. Pour into a punch bowl and gently stir in 3 cups of chilled ginger ale. Yields 24 punch cup servings.
