CREAM CHEESE SANDWICHES|
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
a little sugar
food coloring (if desired)
Drain pineapple completely and chop nuts real fine. Cut
bread in strips or squares. Fix the sandwiches in 3 layers.
