CHUNKY CREAM CHEESE|
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon extract;
beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Stir
in pecans. Chill until ready to serve. Yield: About 1 cup.
Serve with ginger cookies, bread sticks or your favorite
kind of crackers.
