ORANGE PEACH MARMALADE

12 medium peaches
3 medium oranges
rind of 1 1/2 oranges
sugar
1 Tbsp. Fruit Fresh
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Wash, peel and pit peaches. Wash oranges and remove
peel, saving peel from 1 1/2 oranges. Coarsely grind peaches,
oranges and peel. Measure ground mixture and add equal amount
of sugar. Mix fruit, lemon juice and Fruit Fresh. Cook for 25
minutes in heavy pot, stirring often to prevent sticking. Seal
in hot sterilized jars.
