DUTCH BABIES 1/4 c. butter 3 eggs 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. flour Place butter in a 2 or 3 quart shallow pan (no more than 3 inches deep). Set pan in oven at 425 degrees while batter is being mixed. Beat eggs until light then gradually beat in milk and flour. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into hot melted butter pan. Return pan to oven, bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pancake is very puffy and browned. Serve with syrup or jelly. If this recipe is doubled, it will feed 4 hungry people.
