PEPPER JELLY

1 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. dried red peppers
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider

Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Turn off
heat. Let ingredients sit for 5 minutes. Add 1 bottle of
Certo. Bring to a boil again. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Put in
jars. Boil lids and seal.
