TOM AND JERRY (Uncle Joe's Recipe) 6 eggs 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg pinch of cloves 1 jigger rum Separate eggs. Beat whites very, very stiff and dry. Beat yolks until consistency of mayonnaise, very thick and creamy. Sift powdered sugar. Add whites to yolks, folding, then powdered sugar, a little at a time and fold (don't beat). Just fold over and over until well blended. Add spices and rum as you fold. After adding spices and rum, you can beat well. Add 2 tablespoons batter (more or less) to Tom and Jerry cup. Fill with very hot water and shot of brandy. Serve with sprin- kle of cinnamon and nutmeg on top of drink. Enjoy.
